Simple to book. Clear on price.
Most signings take one short visit. Fees come in two honest parts — and you always get the number before we head out.
Five steps, start to seal.
Book
Tell us what you need notarized, where, and when. Pick a slot online or call — same-day, evenings, and weekends are open.
We travel to you
Your home, office, hospital, care facility, or café — we come to you, on time, with the seal and the right credentials.
Verify ID
We check a valid, unexpired government photo ID for every signer and confirm each person is signing willingly and aware.
Notarize & journal
We witness the signatures, complete the certificate, apply the seal, and record the act in the notary journal.
Done
You keep the originals — or, for loan packages, we scan-back and return them to title or FedEx the set the same day.
Two parts, no surprises.
The notarial act fee, plus a separate, disclosed mobile travel fee. Bring more than one document on a single trip and they share that travel fee.
Idaho does not fix a hard per-act fee cap — the notarial fee must simply be reasonable. The mobile travel fee is a separate, disclosed charge always quoted before your appointment. Amounts shown are illustrative for this template.
A single doc, a full closing, or a standing partner.
