Notary disclosures
Not an attorney. A notary public is not an attorney and is not permitted to give legal advice, explain the legal effect of any document, draft documents, or recommend which document you need. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.
Identity & willingness. Every signer must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, or be identified through credible witnesses where Idaho law allows. The notary verifies identity and willingness but does not vouch for the truth or legality of the document’s contents.
Fees. Idaho does not set a hard maximum per notarial act — the fee must be reasonable. Marque discloses the per-act fee plus a separate mobile travel fee. Amounts in this template are placeholders — confirm current fees when you book.
Remote Online Notarization. Remote Online Notarization is offered only where the notary is state-authorized and only for RON-eligible documents. Identity is verified through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication; sessions are recorded and retained as required.
Credentials. Marque Mobile Notary is operated by a commissioned Idaho notary public (ID Notary Commission #20231184) and NNA-certified signing agent, with $100,000 E&O insurance and a $10,000 Idaho surety bond on file. Commission, bond, and insurance figures shown are illustrative placeholders for this template.
Results & reviews. Reviews and examples reflect individual experiences; turnaround and availability vary by location, document, and demand.
Terms of use
This website is a demonstration template. Content, pricing, commission numbers, bond and insurance amounts, hours, and coverage are illustrative placeholders and do not constitute an offer, a contract, or legal advice. Booking requests are mock and are not transmitted to a real scheduler.
Notarial services, when engaged with a real notary, are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and the notary’s commission. Scheduling, travel, turnaround, and availability are subject to confirmation.
Privacy
In a production deployment, information you submit through the booking form (name, contact details, document type, and location) would be used solely to schedule and complete your requested notarization and to communicate about your appointment. We would not sell your information. Documents would be handled confidentially, and any Remote Online Notarization session would be recorded and retained as required by law.
This template does not transmit, store, or process any data you enter — all forms are front-end mocks.
